We will facilitate live, interactive developmental coaching sessions for you and your associates, using the latest educational aids and communication technology for adult learning.

The sessions usually run two-hours, per day, one day per week for eight weeks with individual coaching sessions following.

During our coporate coaching process, participants engage in reading, listening, and introspective exercises on a regular basis. People learn best through spaced repetition. We use spaced repetition to integrate our programs with your employees' daily lives.

You and your associates will examine your attitudes, discard limiting beliefs and habits that aren't working anymore, develop new attitudes and habits to further your success, learn how to incorporate and integrate them into your personal and professional life, acquire new behaviors, set goals, and develop customized action plans to achieve your goals.

We facilitate the sessions, but you and your employees do the real work applying what you learn to your own individual personal and professional life. My approach to change takes place over time, allowing attitudes to change and new performance-enhancing behavioral skills to develop and mature within the workplace.

New expectations; new approaches to people, situations, and events; and new skills are strategically introduced to enhance overall effectiveness and to prevent information overload. Individual Coaching

Individual coaching is a confidential, non-judgmental, action-oriented, goal-focused relationship between client and coach that exists solely for the purpose of promoting the success and fulfillment in all areas of the client’s life.

Mounting evidence suggests that managers are significantly more productive and successful with a coach in their corner. They are better able to set goals, establish and balance priorities, plan their careers, make positive behavioral changes, overcome obstacles, and take other actions that lead to meaningful accomplishment.

At the initiation of a coaching relationship, clients complete some important assessment exercises and background training that helps to accelerate progress by identifying issues that need to be addressed.

Typically, our individual coaching clients schedule 30-minute phone conversations with their coach two or three times a month. Of course, coaches are available between scheduled sessions to meet needs that may arise.

Prior to the coaching call each week, the client is asked to submit a brief written report highlighting the important issues to be discussed. This allows client and coach to productively spend every minute focusing on what most matters to the client.

The coaching relationship will supply the support and encouragement you need to excel beyond what you thought was possible.

360 Degree Feedback

This assessment tool gathers confidential feedback on organizational performance and leadership style from a participant’s subordinates, peers, and managers. When combined with a self-assessment, it produces helpful data for personal and professional growth.

Aggregate reporting of all recipients’ feedback provides valuable data that the organization’s leaders can use to:

• Identify under-utilized strengths so they can be more productively utilized.
• Identify gaps where there are opportunities for improvement.

In addition, the individual participant benefits from:

• Increased awareness of the perceptions of others.
• Increased awareness of competencies and opportunities for growth.

DISC

This widely used assessment tool measures behavioral styles. Awareness of behavioral style facilitates more effective communication, which in turn leads to improved relationships and performance.

DISC breaks observable human behavior into four categories: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance. Scientific research indicates that people who act in similar ways have similar characteristics. An awareness of these characteristics improves mutual communication and understanding within the organization.

The results of the DISC assessment can provide valuable information that will enable an organization’s leaders to:

• Better appreciate the various behavioral styles so they can deal with each individual more effectively.
• Improve teamwork through a better understanding of what types of people work best together and an understanding of why some groups do not achieve anticipated results.
